Many people over the years have asked us about purchasing the plans to build the Inspiration 1050 catamaran. Whilst we feel that it is much easier and cheaper to buy our hull, deck and furniture kits and then complete the vessel from this stage, we do understand that the freighting of a partially completed or kit boat overseas is expensive and difficult. Therefore we have come to the conclusion that making the plans available for a one-off fibreglass built Inspiration 1050 catamaran will allow many potential home builders to have the chance to build this exceptional cruising catamaran.

Our plans are extremely detailed and allow the home builder to build an Inspiration 1050  as a one-off project to a good standard.. Our plans even detail the exact engineering plans for the rudder stock construction and fuel tanks.

The Inspiration 1050 catamaran was designed by one of Australia's foremost catamaran designers Mr Roger Simpson along with the construction ideas of Mr Geoff Jackson, well known for his catamaran building expertise. Our plans include the full detail for the hull, deck and furniture construction, as well as mast  and chain plate detail.

The cost of the plans to build a single one-off Inspiration 1050 catamaran is AUD$1800 which includes postage and packing for overseas purchasers.  Australian customers the price is $1980 which includes 10% GST.
